PreparationHeels together - toes out as far as possible - ankles forward - knees slightly bent - pubic bone out - buttocks tight - abdominals in - chest out - entire back flat - lats extended - neck and head in line with back
Breathe InBring arms up laterly to overhead positions - head back, resting between shoulders - Ieft hand holding right hand then right hand holding left hand.
AERBring arms down laterly to shoulders
FYRBring arms down to waist - step out laterly to left and right - toes out.
WAETERBring arms down to thighs - step out laterly to left and right - toes out.
EARTHETurn palms down - lower legs to deep riding stance - keep hands at same distance from floor - keep back, neck and head straight.
Breathe InDrive legs into Earth - Push down with arms & lats --- hands maintain same distance to floor - come to erect position - lats out.
BUILDLower to deep riding stance - hands & arms maintianing control
Breathe In Legs into Earth - Push down with hands - maintain hand level
DIAMOND Lower to riding stance - hand & arms maintaining control
Breathe IN Legs into Earth - Push down with hands - Maintain hand level

WAETER Right palm up stab to solar plexus - pull with left hand - right hand counter clockwise circle chop

HOLD Right rear step - left open hand down block - right hand percussion to side of thigh
Breathe In Left arm over right arm windup
OPEN Left forward step - left sweeping percussion down block
Breathe In Classic Fighting Stance with arms and hands
EARTHE Right extended forward kick - both palms up and cocked at kidneys - palm heels to kidneys immediately
Breathe In Left arm over right arm wind-up
HOLD Deep right rear step - Left square percussion down block
Breathe In Right arm over left arm windup
OPEN TORQUE to right bow - knife hands
Breathe In Right arm over left arm wind up
BUILD Left foot drawn to right foot --- standing position - simultaneous right arm out block with fist facing in and left down block
Breathe In Raise arms up, out and overhead
Hold Breath Bring arms down sides - cup hands up at solar plexus - come up front of body - turn palms down at hed - sweep down body - form diamond shape with hands & thumbs - look throughDIAMOND - hold and control pwoer at waist
RAH Allow hands to drift to sides and the body into perfect posture
